The search for innovative and virtuous practices in the implementation of the entire agricultural and agro-industrial project has led to the enhancement of the natural processes of the earth. To avoid chemical fertilizers and preserve the quality of the final product, through a modern "worm composting" system, we transform and use the processing waste for the production of natural compost which is reintroduced into the agronomic cycle.

In addition to this, a photovoltaic system for electric power production, kits equipped with advanced sensors, with solar-powered batteries, which have environmental-vegetational and meteorological sensors, allowing for significant savings in water and energy resources.

Controlled processes

In our factory each process is constantly controlled: from the raw material, introduced into the factory only after passing strict quality controls, to the first selection phases and during each single processing stage, to guarantee the obtaining of healthy and safe products with extraordinary health and nutritional properties.

Innovative methods

The flagship of our company is certainly the HPP (High Pressure Processing) technology which, through the use of high pressures at low temperatures, "coldly" eliminates the microbial load from the juices, and allows to preserve, in a natural way, without additives and preservatives, the taste and all the organoleptic, nutritional and healthy properties of the juices. In this way it is possible to have freshly squeezed pomegranate juice all year round.
